What exactly does SODEX GROUPE do?
SODEX GROUPE is a general building and civil works contractor in Côte d’Ivoire. We cover three packages: structural design and structural works (A), finishing works (B), and home automation (C). A project can use one package or all three under a single coordination.
Can I hire SODEX GROUPE for a single package?
Yes. Each package stands alone: you can commission only the structural study, only the renovation, or only the home-automation installation. All three together give you a single point of contact from soil survey to commissioning.
Which standards do your structural studies follow?
Our calculation notes and reinforcement designs follow the Eurocodes, DTUs and applicable international standards, with no compromise on structural safety.
Do you handle regularisation of existing buildings?
Yes. We produce the stability study and compliance file required to obtain a building permit on an existing building, as well as expert assessments of existing structures.
Can home automation be added to an already built property?
Yes, though we recommend integrating it from the design stage. On existing buildings we install IP cameras, connected alarms, smartphone access control, automated lighting, remote air-conditioning control and automated gates and shutters.
